A single-manual organ of five stops built by Hill & Son, London, in 1872 for export to Melbourne.Its early history is unknown before its installation at Yarraville. Apart from the obliteration of the original diapering of the facade pipes by gold paint during a recent restoration, the instrument remains essentially intact and is the least altered example of Hill's work remaining in Victoria. A prominent church of particular interest for its bizarre tower, which carries a corbelled brick balconette on each face and is surmounted by a disproportionately narrow slate-clad spire.
